these are tough to make. you need to find sleek furniture, but keep them in a budget. also, feel free to use pool walls for everything since they're very versatile. can be designed to be any wall, they are also only 3$. all types of furniture, including IKEA, could be found in TSR. i don't know if you need an account to download, but if you do, it is incredibly simple to download (just use ghostery (or none) instead of adblock plus for adblocking as you have to wait 60 sec instead of 10!) try to keep it minimalistic instead of spewing decor everywhere, as modern homes usually have little color/only one theme color, like a blue strip of wall or blue fabrics every here and there on furniture! black is also a option for modern as black and white with a pinch of chosen color go great together! base game modern is expensive, but CC is the easiest, and more beautiful way to make a starter, 10x10 modern home!
